Great news—we offer free shipping on all orders! We currently ship to locations across India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE AFTER SHIPPING?

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible using the fastest available shipping method for your area.

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days

In many cases, orders may arrive earlier than expected. During peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays, distance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRAKING NUMBER?

Yes. A tracking number will be shared with you once your order has been shipped. Occasionally, delays may occur due to postal services or customs inspections. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIST?

All orders are shipped with insurance to protect against loss. If your package is lost, delayed at customs, or returned to us, we’ve got you covered. While we cannot control postal services once the package leaves our warehouse, insured shipments allow us to resend your order with priority shipping and tracking whenever possible. ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMES DUTIES OR IMPORT TAXES?

All prices listed on our website are in INR, and applicable taxes are included. However, depending on your local regulations, additional customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your local authorities upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
